This is demonstrated using examples of an organisation in the small middle ticket market, which has embraced change and seen a significant business benefit from doing so. It looks at how technology helped them achieve that change – and how it has been extended throughout the entire life cycle of a contract from introduction to administration changes..

The Web Portal - should every business have one?

For any business the ability to provide, access and exchange information with business partners when needed, is vital to the success of that partnership.
