This is demonstrated using examples of an organisation in the small middle ticket market, which has embraced change and seen a significant business benefit from doing so. It looks at how technology helped them achieve that change – and how it has been extended throughout the entire life cycle of a contract from introduction to administration changes..

The Web Portal - should every business have one?

For any business the ability to provide, access and exchange information with business partners when needed, is vital to the success of that partnership. The key however is to recognise that the underlying requirement is to provide a capability to electronically access and update information, which until recently, has been stored and locked away, and to do this is a simple, user-friendly way regardless of where the user is accessing the information from.
